Shipping Area
We only ship within Spain, including the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping (3-7 business days):

Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: €5.99. Free shipping for orders over €50.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.99.

INTERNATIONAL: 15€.

Express shipping (1-2 business days):

Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: €12.99.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €16.99.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin counting from confirmation of payment.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be delayed due to customs processes.

Shipping Process

You will receive an email with your order confirmation and a tracking number once the package has been shipped.

In case you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification to coordinate a new delivery or collection.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Products subject to specific regulations (such as essential oils) may have shipping restrictions outside the peninsula.

Returns for Failed Shipment
In case an order is returned due to incorrect address, repeated absence or rejection of the package, we can resend the order with an additional shipping cost.
