Return and Cancellation Policy
At (ibizamassages.com), we comply with current regulations in Spain and the European Union regarding consumer rights, especially the right of withdrawal regulated under Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Product Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong item. Massage Services
Once the service has been provided, no returns or refunds are possible. If you wish to cancel or modify an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made outside this timeframe, or failure to attend the appointment, may result in a full or partial charge for the reserved service.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Exclusions
We do not accept returns of: personal care products that have been unsealed, discounted items, customized or made-to-order products, and gift cards.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The final posting time depends on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at soporte@ibizamassages.com.
